Deepak is heading Future Care HR Services as its Director.
Deepak has been with Tata Motors Limited, a leading global automobile manufacturing company, for nearly 40 Years (Over 28 years of experience in HR People Management). A certified HR professional by Tata Group HR under “HR Gurukul”, a program designed by Tata Management Training Center Pune. Deepak was also nominated XLRI Jamshedpur for a Special Management program.
Deepak managed during his stint at Tata Motors, Compensation designing for Operators and Supervisory Grade Employees across all plants and Corporate Office. Gave a road map to Leave Bank Scheme, Adarsha Nidhi Scheme, ParivarSurakshya Yojana, HR and IR Manual. Participated in five Wage Settlements for Pune, Jamshedpur, Uttarakhand, Lucknow and Non-Plant locations. Designed Training Programs for Workmen, Officer Grade Employees and for employees on Dealers rolls.
Deepak handled roles in Tata Motors – Employee Relations, CSR, Contract Employee Management and HR Establishment.
After retirement at Tata Motors in 2013, hejoined Future Care HR Services Pvt Ltd as Director to take it to the next level of success.
Deepak’s key forte at Future Care HR Services has been 100% compliance on all statutory obligations, handling Quarterly/Annual Audits, timely compliance to labour laws, ensuring regulatory compliance on PF, ESIC, PT, Min Wages, local laws & advisory on labour laws.
